Min Seonhong @hikarino.houe is a photographer based between Tokyo and Seoul.
He captures fleeting moments encountered on the streets of the city, tracing the emotional residue that slips through language — where glamour overlaps with loneliness, urgency with disconnection, desire with noise, all within the landscape of urban life.

This zine, true to the title BLIPS, is a collection of momentary points lifted from the flow of daily life — fragments that once existed in the city of Tokyo, brief enough to be overlooked, yet impossible to deny.
