About Zine

This zine features photographs taken by Tokyo-based photographer Katsumi Nishizawa (@katsumi5394) in the UK in 2023. 
He visited the UK for the first time in several years, reconnecting with old friends. This zine captures those moments shared with his friends, as well as everyday scenes from life in the UK.

Shot entirely on film, the photos were printed one by one in his own darkroom, and the zine includes these handcrafted images.
To reflect the unique texture of his darkroom prints, the zine is printed on fine art paper, offering a tactile, high-quality experience. Be sure to feel its satisfying texture in your hands.

And in 2025, he plans to publish his first hardcover book, so grab a copy of this zine and support his journey as a photographer on this exciting new chapter.
