404 not found Issue 02
This zine is the second issue of Yusuke Nagata’s annual project "404 not found." It features night scene photography shot in Tokyo and Taipei, with many of the photos taken over the past year.
The zine captures striking moments such as overdosed youth, pole dancers, the homeless, a former yakuza leader, and various club scenes, all of which convey the humid atmosphere of Asia.
All the photos were scanned from darkroom prints made by Yusuke himself, with the characteristic sloppy borders that come from darkroom printing.
*The first edition of 100 copies has sold out. However, due to requests for a restock, I’ve added 50 more copies. These are truly the final ones!
About FED.
FAR EAST DARKROOM (FED.), established by Yusuke Nagata, is a community brand for for next-gen photographers.
In an era where many "photographers" only showcase their work on social media, FED. was founded with the aim of supporting photographers who are passionate about creating prints, including darkroom prints, and those who regularly engage in exhibitions and zine/book production.
Last Testament
I vividly remember my mother telling me when I was a child, "I have failed in raising you." In the end, I never knew any other way to live but as a failure.
